PECOS, Texas — On Tuesday, November 10, United Supermarkets will celebrate the grand opening of their new store at 2783 S Cedar St. in Pecos with a private ribbon-cutting and store tour for media members beginning at 4 p.m.
The doors to the new 44,000 square foot grocery store and 3,000 square foot United Express convenience store will open to the public the following morning on Wednesday, November 11.
The main store will include a full-service bakery, sushi bar, full-service deli, in addition to a meat market with an in-house butcher for custom meat cutting. It will also feature an extensive beer and wine selection, along with foodservice and a dining room.
These adjusted grand opening plans are meant to help keep everyone safe as COVID-19 continues to impact the Pecos community. As stated previously, this event will ONLY be for media members, United Family personnel, and select city officials/community members.
Please be prepared to wear a mask throughout the event and social distance as we do our part to follow state and city regulations regarding COVID-19.
