Is a background check required as part of my application?

All job offers require successful completion of a background check. A background check is part of our pre-employment screening process and is initiated after you have accepted your conditional job offer.

How do I check on the status of my application?

To check the status of your application, log into your Candidate Profile and navigate to ‘My Applications.’ For assistance, contact the service team at the location to which you’re applying.

Is a drug test required as part of my application?

All positions do require mandatory drug screening as a condition of employment. If you’ve received an offer, you’ll be prompted with next steps during the hiring process. Failure to complete a required drug screen in the allotted time may result in the withdrawal of your conditional offer of employment.

Who can I contact if I am locked out of the account I used for my application?

If you get locked out of your candidate account, try re-entering your username and password in all lowercase letters. If that does not fix your issue, our United Food and Beverage hiring team is able to assist with resetting your password.
