Team Members are required to lift items up to 50 lbs regularly, stand for 8 hours a day, bend, squat, and reach overhead in a fast-paced environment.

The Human Resource department will review your information and application details.They will look through the applications and contact individuals who match the essential requirements and role they’re trying to fill directly to see who will be the best fit. Candidates who are selected through this process will be interviewed on-site. If your interview is successful and you are considered the best fit, you will be given an offer of employment and required to complete the pre-employment screening, including a background check, drug screen, and new hire paperwork. Once your onboarding is complete, you will attend on-site orientation followed by your new team member training. 

Yes, all United Family banners require a background check to be completed during onboarding. 

Yes! We have exceptional talent within our current Team. Our goal is to give our Team Members the tools and resources you need to promote within the company!

Someone directly from the Human Resources department will reach out to you directly within a week in regards to your application.

You do not need a CDL to drive our R.C. Taylor box vans.
