Sweepstakes Period: Rio Rancho Market Street Grand Opening Social Media Giveaway(“Sweepstakes”) begins 12:00 AM Mountain Time (“MT”) on April 22, 2025 and ends 11:59 PM MT on May 22, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes. 

1. Eligibility:

The Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents, who reside within 30 miles of Rio Rancho, New Mexico (“Eligibility Area”) and are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (“Entrant”). Employees of The United Family, (“Sponsor”), and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each, are not eligible. Void outside of the Eligibility Area and where prohibited. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

2. How to Enter:

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

• VIA Facebook or Instagram: During the Sweepstakes Period, follow @shopmarketstreet on Facebook or Instagram.  Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Facebook or Instagram entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, addresses or through any other methods, may void all of that Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be disqualified in Sponsor’s complete and sole discretion. You must have a non-private Instagram account to enter and have your account privacy setting set to “Off”. An Instagram account can be opened for free by downloading the Instagram application from the Apple store or Google Play.  A Facebook account can be opened for free by downloading the Facebook application from the Apple store or Google Play. Entries must comply with Instagram’s/Meta’s platform rules, terms and policies. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM PT on May 22, 2025 to be eligible and included in the random drawing.

• VIA MAIL: To enter the Sweepstakes without a Facebook or Instagram account, send your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code,  and phone number in a stamped, self-addressed envelope by May 27, 2025, affixed to: Rio Rancho Market Street Grand Opening Social Media Giveaway Winners List, Attn: Jordan Irvine, PO BOX 6840, Lubbock, TX 79493. No mechanically reproduced email entries permitted. Email entries must be received by 11:59 PM PT on May 27, 2025 to be included in the random drawing.

Facebook, Instagram entries and mail entries will collectively be referred to herein as “entry” or “entries”. Limit one (1) entry per Entrant regardless of method of entry. 

3. Entry Guidelines:

You must have a public Instagram account to enter the Sweepstakes via Instagram and receive Direct Messages via Instagram. No information regarding entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules will be disclosed. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal Internet access and phone/usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply. Standard data usage rates may apply. See your wireless provider for pricing plan details. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void.

4. Random Drawing/Odds:

One (1) Grand Prize winner ( “winner”) will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 28, 2025 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning a prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

5. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARVs”):

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a $200 Market Street store gift card.

6. Winner Notifications and Winner Verification:

Potential winners will be tagged in a Facebook or Instagram story and notified with a Facebook or Instagram direct message or telephone call (for entrants by mail). Potential winners will be required to respond within 48 hours of attempted notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting. All physical prizes will be awarded within 4-6 weeks after winner confirmation. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection, time permitting. 

7. General Rules:

No substitution or exchange (including for cash) of prize will be permitted. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. By acceptance of the prize, winners grant permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use their name, city, state, photos, and likeness for purposes of advertising, Sweepstakes, and trade without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; violates the Official Rules; or acts in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other error in printing of the Sweepstakes or administration of the Sweepstakes or announcement of the prizes. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for equipment or electronics malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications regardless of cause; by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; by any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes; or damage to any equipment or electronics resulting from submitting an entry, accessing or downloading information in connection with the Sweepstakes, or otherwise participating in the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to any Instagram entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winner’s Instagram account will be deemed to be the Entrant. The “authorized account holder of the email address” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization, (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder associated with the entry. Proof of entering information does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt of such information. Sponsor and/or its agencies are not responsible for the failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or congestion on the internet or any of the above sites. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel the Sweepstakes and select the winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The Sponsor, Prize Sponsor and their affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the awarding of the prizes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, the Entrant agrees that the Released Parties, Meta Platform, Inc., and all of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees and assigns, members, representatives and agents, will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by, Entrant for any liability for any bodily injury, loss, costs or damages of any kind to persons, including death and property, damages sustained due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entry creation, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, if applicable, or participation in the Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes or related activity. By entering the Sweepstakes, you hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with its contents.

8. Disputes:

Except where prohibited, Sponsor reserves the right to make all decisions in its sole discretion arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, and the decisions by Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Except where prohibited, you agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Sweepstakes or the prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Texas; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) notwithstanding the foregoing, you waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States of America and the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the laws of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than State of Texas.

9. Privacy:

Any personal information that you provide in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be used by Sponsor to administer this Sweepstakes, contact Entrants, and for the other purposes set forth in the Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.albertsonscompanies.com/about-us/our-policies/privacy-policy.html. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to and accept that privacy policy.

10. Winners List:

For a list of Sweepstakes winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope by June 15, 2025, affixed to: Rio Rancho Market Street Grand Opening Social Media Giveaway Winners List, Attn: Jordan Irvine, PO BOX 6840, Lubbock, TX 79493.

11. Sponsor:

The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is The United Family located at 7830 Orlando Ave, Lubbock, TX 79423.  

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram/Meta Platforms, Inc., You understand that you are providing your information to The United Family, and not to Instagram/Meta Platforms, Inc. The information you provide will only be used in the event you are selected as a winner.
