Bacon Fest is back at United Supermarkets, Market Street & Amigos
Market Street to host Bacon Fest event with Texas Tech Spirit Squad
LUBBOCK, Texas — United Supermarkets, Market Street, and Amigos locations across Texas have launched their fourth annual Bacon Fest — a month where bacon takes its rightful place in the spotlight.
In addition to special bacon items across stores, a Bacon Fest event will be held on Saturday, May 4 at Market Street (4205 98th St.) from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. While snacking on free Raider Red Meats bacon, guests will have the opportunity to meet and take photos with Texas Tech’s spirit squad, including Raider Red and the Masked Rider.
Bacon Fest itself will run until May 24, and throughout that time, each location will provide a huge selection of bacon-related products. Of course, guests can always look for their typical package of bacon, but scattered throughout parts of the store, there will be special bacon creations market with the Bacon Fest logo.
Some of the featured bacon items appearing during Bacon Fest will be pull-apart bacon garlic bread, maple bacon donuts, bacon mac n’ cheese, and more.
