Market Street & Mrs Baird’s Bread honor six North Texas area teachers as
Teachers on the Rise for December and January
FRISCO, Texas — The United Family and Mrs Baird’s Bread® announced the December and January winners of the third annual Teachers On The Rise program. Since the program launched at the beginning of the school year, nominations have poured in from students and families across North Texas explaining the ways their teacher(s) go above and beyond the call of duty and why they deserve special recognition.
Congratulations to our winners from December: Carter Forsong of Spears Elementary (Frisco ISD), Stacey Setzer of Faubion Middle School (McKinney ISD), and Joseph Hanks of Lowery Freshman Center (Allen ISD).
Congratulations to our winners from January: Kathryn Pickle of Hightower Elementary School (Plano ISD), Brittany Verrett of Bowman Middle School (Plano ISD), and SGM Anthony Henry of Williams High School/McMillian High School (Plano ISD).

Winning teachers receive a $100 Market Street gift card, a $100 American Express gift card, and a gift basket full of Mrs Baird’s goodies. The students who nominate a winning teacher also receive a $50 American Express gift card.
