The United Family now uses Brandbank and Syndigo for product names, descriptions & images. You can choose which platform is best for you.

Additional information when using Syndigo:
After publishing new and updated images to United’s Syndigo account, you will need to contact ecommerceimages@unitedtexas.com and alert us of these changes. Provide the UPCs for the products, so our team can push your images through to United’s website.
Syndigo only updates images on United’s website. If you need any updates to product names and descriptions, you must contact ecommerceimages@unitedtexas.com to get these changed.
Item Nutrition Labels
NIQ Label Insight handles nutrition labels for our items. No extra step is needed if you’re with Brandbank. If you’re partnered with Syndigo for images, follow these steps to get your nutrition information added:
- Please upload information and images to Label Insight. This will capture the nutrition information, ingredients, and allergens
- This will also capture information for Wellness and Lifestyle attributes

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. In order to have accurate names, descriptions & nutrient information online, we require suppliers to use Brandbank or Syndigo.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer an option without a fee. We’ve revised our processes to ensure that our online items have accurate images, names, nutrition panels, and descriptions. Brandbank and Syndigo assist us in managing the volume of products and necessary updates from our partners.
We do not offer pricing information for either platform, as pricing varies based on your needs and number of images. Please reach out to our contacts at Brandbank and Syndigo for any questions regarding pricing.
No, the United Family’s system is set up to where we can only upload our OWN brand images internally. All other images must be uploaded to Brandbank or Syndigo.
Unfortunately, we do not have partnerships with any other image management platforms besides Syndigo and Brandbank. Brandbank has a partnership with Salsify. If you currently have a Salsify account, you are able to send those images directly to Brandbank. Ask your Brandbank account manager for assistance with connecting your Salsify account.
