ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Albertsons Market and Market Street will join with Roadrunner Food Bank and The Food Depot to kick off a 12-day long, statewide donate-at-the-register campaign on Wednesday, June 7 at 11:00 a.m. at Albertsons Market (10131 Coors Rd N.W.).
This fundraiser will run in all Albertsons Markets and Market Street stores across New Mexico. As with past donate-at-the-register campaigns, guests will be able to add any dollar amount to their grocery bill at checkout. The proceeds will go directly to support Roadrunner Food Bank and The Food Depot.
Media is welcome to attend as representatives with each organization will deliver remarks about the fundraiser and how guests can participate. There will also be a ceremonial ribbon-cutting and a first donation.
